Hey!

My name is Chastity, but Chas is what I go by in both my personal life and on social media. I've grown up watching a lot of action cartoons, anime, and reading comics and manga so as a result, my interest does tend to skew towards illustrations. My preferred mediums as of now are ink pens, color pencils/pastels, and Copic markers, but I do dabble in acrylic paint as well (and charcoal on occasion).

I originally started this account back in high school but never used it all that seriously. Yet I think that's reflective of the fact that I didn't take art all that seriously back then either. Now, I'm in my early 20s and looking to actively grow my skills and maybe even pursue illustration as a side hustle. So while I've been a deviant for 4 years, I've only been active since around November 2016.

I hope you enjoy some of my work! I'm always looking for more sources of inspiration for practice so if you ever want to request fanart, especially YJ or V: LD for example, I'll be happy to work on some stuff within reason (more along the level of my challenge work, rather than inks/copic work if that makes sense). Furthermore, it is a goal of mine specifically to work more on backgrounds and sequential art so requests of that nature are especially appreciated!
